If you're not satisfied with Tivo Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions on a first-purchase basis.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (Merchant of Record). To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at grigorios.sboros@gmail.com and we'll help you through it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. If you're within the 30-day window above, you can also request a full refund.
